Description

Anubias Barteri is easy and ideal for beginners.otherwise slow growing and undemanding midground plant. It is best to plant anubias in shade or low light to restrict algae growth on the leaves.

To propagate, cut the rhizome into two or more pieces ensuring that there are leaves on all segments. Avoid covering the rhizome when planted to keep it from rotting. Easily fasten to driftwood or rock with fishing line or thread. Anubias is typically not eaten by herbivorous fish.

    Beautiful barteri

I've decided to get back into the hobby and wanted to buy some anubias. Fortunately I found Aquascape Room as the selection is fantastic and the plants delivered were beautiful and healthy.

I have ordered these twice now. Both shipments came in good condition. I attached the plants to a fake piece of driftwood and they are showing new growth within a few weeks in my 60 gal low tech tank. I dose with Excel daily and Flourish weekly. My lighting is a 40 watt Life-Glo bulb. These are usually planted in hard water Cichlid tanks but I am using them in a soft water environment and they are doing well...no melting!
