If your plants are DOA (Only applicable if Express option is chosen), please provide us with pictures of the plants in their original packaging on date of arrival, so we can verify and provide you with 110% money spent on plants back in the form of store credit*
Customers are responsible for checking their tracking number(s) regularly for updates and to make note of the expected delivery date and time. If you aren't available to take delivery of your order on the first attempt by the postal / courier service, the DOA guarantee doesn't apply.
If you've received the wrong item due to an error on our side, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.
You should expect to receive your store credit within 2-4 business days of providing us photos.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

CANCELLATION
If you decide to cancel your order you must do so within 48 hours of placing your order. Cancellation will result in a store credit. This can take 3-5 business days to show up in your Aquascaperoom account.

Cut-Off for Monday's shipments are Sunday at 12PM (EST). Any order placed after that point will be shipped on the following Monday (Unless otherwise specified on the shipping calendar found here.
Our shipping dates are regularly posted on the event calendar. Regardless of which shipping option is selected at checkout, your order will be shipped on the next ship date according to our event calendar. We typically ship on Monday's to ensure your package does not extend over the weekend if any delays occur.

Why do we charge more for winter shipping?
Temperatures during the Canadian winter season can become very frigid. To ensure we can still ship plants to you safely in colder weather, we must equip our packages with heat packs and insulation. This takes our packagers more time and increases our costs of material.

COURIER RURAL CHARGE
If your shipping postal code is in an area where the courier charges for delivery, this fee will be included in your checkout process. It is generally a charge of $10

Promotions and sale prices are only valid during duration of promo. Promotions and Sales run from Monday-Sunday unless otherwise specified.
