DOOA Paluda Clean PC is a cation exchange resin pack designed to remove dissolved calcium and magnesium from tap water, effectively softening it. This process helps prevent the formation of white stains (limescale) on glass surfaces and plants, ensuring a clearer and healthier environment in your paludarium or terrarium.
Each pack contains 50ml of resin and is capable of treating approximately 50 liters of water (when the total hardness of tap water is 100 mg/L). The treated water achieves a softness level of less than 10 mg/L, making it ideal for sensitive plant species and maintaining aesthetic clarity.
Paluda Clean PC is versatile in its application. It can be placed directly into the Mistflow Box of the DOOA System Paluda series or used to pre-treat water in a separate container. The softened water can then be used for misting plants, making it an excellent refill option for the DOOA Hand Spray.

To use Paluda Clean PC in the DOOA System Paluda series, insert one pack into the Mistflow Box (water tank). For misting applications, place a pack into a separate container with a lid, add an appropriate amount of tap water, and shake well for 1–2 minutes. Let it stand overnight, then transfer the softened water to a spray bottle, such as the DOOA Hand Spray, for use.
Note: The effectiveness of the resin may vary depending on the hardness of your tap water. It's recommended to monitor water hardness regularly and replace the resin pack monthly or as needed. Store unused packs in a sealed zipper bag to prevent drying, which can reduce effectiveness. This product is not reusable and should be kept out of reach of children.
Maintain a pristine and healthy environment for your plants with DOOA Paluda Clean PC – the ideal solution for water softening in paludariums and terrariums.
