ADA Aqua Screen Foggy is a translucent, milky-white aquarium background designed to give Nature Aquarium layouts a clean, bright, and refined appearance. Applied directly to the rear glass of the aquarium, the Foggy screen creates a soft neutral backdrop that helps emphasize aquatic plants, fish, stone, and driftwood without introducing a strong background colour.
The subtle frosted appearance works beautifully with minimalist aquascapes and modern interiors. Rather than using a solid black or coloured background, Aqua Screen Foggy allows light to pass through while visually softening what is behind the aquarium.
Available from Aquascaperoom in Foggy 600 and Foggy 900 to suit two of the most popular ADA aquarium formats.

The defining feature of Aqua Screen Foggy is its milky-white translucent appearance. Instead of completely blocking light like an opaque background, Foggy allows illumination from behind the aquarium to influence the final appearance.
In a normally lit room, it provides a clean frosted backdrop. When additional light is positioned behind the aquarium, the translucent screen can help create an even brighter and more luminous background effect.
A neutral background can dramatically change how an aquascape is perceived. The pale Foggy finish can create a sense of openness and depth behind the aquarium while allowing the colours and textures inside the layout to take priority.
It works particularly well with Iwagumi, Nature Aquarium, Ryuboku, and minimalist planted layouts, where a bright background can help create the impression of greater depth and open space.
Aqua Screen is designed to be applied directly to the outside of the aquarium's rear glass. The screen is supplied slightly larger than its corresponding aquarium dimensions, allowing it to be fitted to the aquarium.
For the cleanest result, thoroughly clean the outside rear glass before installation and take care to achieve an even application across the entire background.
