How to Plant 1-2-Grow! Tissue Culture

Remove the plant from the tissue culture cup.

Gently rinse away the nutrient gel with clean water.

Separate the plant into several smaller portions.

Plant each portion individually into the substrate using aquarium tweezers.

Space the portions apart to provide room for new runners to develop.

Growth Can Vary The height and appearance of Sagittaria subulata can vary considerably depending on lighting, nutrients, CO₂, aquarium depth, and overall growing conditions. It may remain relatively short and compact or develop considerably taller leaves.
