Shipping Frequency
We prepare orders on Monday of every week & ship across Canada on Tuesday & Wednesday (unless otherwise outlined in the above calendar)
We occasionally ship Thursday to neighbouring provinces or major cities across Canada. You can always reach us at info@auqascaperoom.ca if you have any questions or concerns regarding the shipment of your order.
Orders that are recieved after cut off (Sunday Afternoon) will be shipped the same week.
Order cut off time is at 1PM. If you order after 1PM (EST), your order will be packed and shipped on the next available ship date.
Express vs. Regular
Regardless of shipping option chosen at checkout, both Express and Regular shipping leave our facility (Pickering, ON) on Monday.
New Product
Our stock is always updated, we typically recieve 1-2 shipments a week of plants and other items for restock. They will be outlined in the above calendar.
Shipping FAQ
Q: I recieved an email notification from a courier saying the package has been shipped outside of the shipping time?
A: This is usually a label creation notice (your label has been ordered) This doesn't mean your order was shipped.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: We have several methods of recieing/ checking tracking. Automatic emails will be sent to the email you provided. You may log into your aquascaperoom account to view orders & tracking information. If you do not recieve any emails from the courier please contact our team at info@aquascaperoom.ca
Q:Do you ship to PO boxes?
A: The short answer is yes however, we are forced to use Canada Post for this method of shipping. We highly recommend creating a "Flex Address" with Canada Post. This allows us to have your package delivered to your closest post office & avoid any delays/ weather related DOA's. You can find more information about Flex Address's here
