Directions:
- Preparation: Bring water to a boil using a stove, microwave, or kettle.

- Setting: Allow the mixture to cool or pour it into molds. The gel will set at room temperature.
- Storage: Once made, treat the gel as fresh food. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or frozen for up to six months.
Jerky Option:
For a tasty, slow-release option:
- Prepare the gel as above and pour it into a deep container.
- Cut into ¼ inch thick slices and dry in an oven or dehydrator at 150 °F (65 °C) for 8-12 hours.
