Compared to many popular driftwoods, Cyrus wood is relatively new to the aquarium hobby. This jagged wood is generally a light tan to medium brown colour and it has many of the best qualities of other driftwoods. It does not discolour your water. Cyrus wood is characterized by its many knots and nooks along with its several sharp branches.
Depending on the piece, Cyrus wood will sometimes float if not boiled and/or weighed down, but generally it should become waterlogged within 3 to 5 days.
Please note, it is not ideal for Betta aquariums.
